Help For The Haunted: Update

  This week, I chose to continue reading Help For The Haunted, by Amanda Hocking. In the chapters that I read, many new things happened and there was more rising action leading up to the conflict. Sylvie's older sister, Rose, has become her legal guardian after their parents died and in the pages that I read, it was clear that they did not want anyone else to be responsible for them. Due to the fact that Sylvie and Rose lived by themselves, a lady who worked in the government was hired to check up on them and make sure their living conditions were healthy and fine. This lady recommended that they should have a babysitter come in and stay with them for a few weeks to make sure they are living the way they are supposed to.

  A few weeks later, they actually did hire babysitter, who went by the name Dot. Dot thought that this job was going to be like any other and that it was going to be quick and easy money. She thought wrong. After only a few hours on the job, the two sisters have Dot thinking that she is insane and that something completely abnormal was taking place in that household. So Dot then fleas the home and vows never to step foot near there ever again. What possibly could've taken place that caused this much commotion? The secrets lie inside this home and once you've stepped foot inside, your life will never be the same.
